GeoTechnoSoft Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Services

1.1. All estimated plans and prices are based on initial discussions and shared documents. 1.2. The final cost will be billed based on the time spent by the consultant on the project. 1.3. The implementation cost will be finalized after considering the discussed and agreed scope and shared documents.

2. Licensing Fees

2.1. The client is responsible for paying the standard OEM license fees for any required software.

3. Payment Terms

3.1. The entire project will be billable based on the agreed-upon contract payment terms.

4. Onsite Visits

4.1. Onsite visits to client offices outside of Noida/NCR, Mumbai, and Patna will be charged at a standard rate. However, travel, accommodation, and other associated costs will be the client's responsibility.

5. Project Initiation

5.1. To begin the project, the client must provide a purchase order (PO) and a signed copy of the contract, along with an advance payment (if applicable).

6. Non-Solicitation

6.1. Both parties agree not to hire each other's employees for a period of two years following the termination of the contract.

7. Confidentiality

7.1. Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all business processes and data related to the project. No further Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is required; however, Geotechnosoft is open to signing an NDA if requested by the client.

8. Governing Law

8.1. These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

9. Dispute Resolution

9.1. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, UP.

10. Entire Agreement

10.1. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the client and Geotechnosoft regarding the project.

11. Updates to Terms

11.1. Geotechnosoft may update these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting the revised version on its website. Your continued use of Geotechnosoft's services after the revised Terms and Conditions are posted constitutes your agreement to the revised terms.

Cancellation before service starts: We may issue a refund if the service is not started.
Unforeseen Circumstances: If service is partially consumed and there are unforeseen situation in that case we may issue a credit note or will initiate refund on prorate basis.
Dissatisfaction with Service: If the service and solution given by Us is not what has been promised, we will compensate the same.
