Summary:

HR interns play a crucial role in supporting the HR department and gaining valuable hands-on experience in the field of human resources. They assist with a variety of HR tasks, providing valuable insights and contributing to the overall success of the HR function.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Hiring:
    • Assist with sourcing and screening candidates
    • Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
    • Prepare candidate documentation and background checks
  • Onboarding and New Employee Orientation:
    • Assist with new hire onboarding processes
    • Prepare welcome kits and orientation materials
    • Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth integration for new hires
  • Employee Relations:
    • Assist with handling employee inquiries and concerns
    • Provide support for employee recognition and rewards programs
    • Participate in employee engagement and morale-boosting activities
  • Compensation and Benefits Administration:
    • Assist with updating employee records and maintaining accurate payroll data
    • Provide guidance on benefits enrollment and plan changes

  • Performance Management:
