Role Overview
GeoTechnoSoft is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support the Human Resources and Administration team. The intern will gain hands-on experience in recruitment, HR operations, employee engagement, and office administration while working in a professional and technology-driven environment.
Objective
To learn and grow under professional management while supporting HR operations and contributing to the improvement of recruitment processes, employee engagement, and overall HR practices within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Assist in posting job openings on job portals and social media platforms.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
HR Operations
Support onboarding activities for new employees.
Assist in preparing employee documentation and maintaining HR records.
Update and maintain employee databases and files.
Employee Engagement
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and internal events.
Support HR team in handling basic employee queries.
Help maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Administrative Support
Assist with general office administration tasks.
Maintain documentation, files, and HR reports.
Support coordination with vendors and internal teams when required.
Training & Development
Assist in coordinating internal training sessions or workshops.
Maintain training records and learning documentation.
Required Skills
Advanced knowledge of computers and MS Office.
Strong logical and analytical thinking abilities.
Strong academic background with good understanding of management concepts.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor’s degree (completed or pursuing) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Management.
Fresh graduates or students looking for practical HR experience.
Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment.
