Job Opening: Senior Business Analyst / Solution Lead (ERP & Custom Software)

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst for our Patna office who can take ownership of ERP implementation and custom software projects.
This is not a pure data analyst role. We need someone who understands business processes, systems, and implementation, and can work closely with developers to get things built and delivered.
What you will be doing
Work with internal teams and clients to understand requirements
Convert requirements into clear documents (BRD, FRS, workflows, etc.)
Lead ERP implementation and customization projects
Work closely with developers to ensure proper execution
Take ownership of end-to-end delivery, not just documentation
Coordinate with Data and AI teams
(You won’t be doing analysis yourself, but you should know what to ask and how to guide them)
Support testing (UAT) and ensure the final system works as expected
Help improve business processes through system implementation
What we are looking for
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / Functional Consultant
Strong experience in:
ERP systems (Odoo experience is a plus)
Custom software projects
Requirement gathering and documentation
Good understanding of how software projects actually get delivered
Ability to work with developers and not just business teams
Some exposure to Data / AI projects is helpful (not mandatory)
Important
This is not a reporting or dashboard-focused role
Candidates with only Data Analyst / MIS / reporting experience are not suitable
