The Role
As a Business Analyst, you will be the vital link between our business objectives and our technical teams. You will play a pivotal role in scaling our key software solutions, including ERP, Data Warehousing, AI-driven applications, and advanced Data Analysis Dashboards.
Your primary focus will be on the groundbreaking development of our 'Rural Stack' and 'AI Hub for Rural Projects,' aiming to bring transformative change to rural communities through technology.
Key Responsibilities
Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders (internal teams, clients, and partners) to gather, analyze, and define project requirements.
Solution Design: Translate complex business needs into detailed functional specifications (BRDs, FRSs) for our development teams.
Data & Analytics: Analyze and model data flows for Data Warehouse and BI dashboard projects, helping to unlock insights.
ERP Implementation: Support the implementation, customization, and user adoption of ERP solutions.
AI & Innovation: Contribute to the strategic design and functional rollout of our AI-based software and the "AI Hub," ensuring solutions are fit-for-purpose and scalable.
Documentation: Create and maintain clear project documentation, user manuals, and training materials.
Quality Assurance: Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the final product meets all business requirements.
What We're Looking For (Qualifications)
Experience: 5+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or in a similar role, preferably within the software industry.
Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and core concepts related to:
ERP systems
Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence (BI)
Data Analysis and Dashboards
Forward-Thinking: A clear interest (or experience) in AI, machine learning concepts, and their practical applications.
Core Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
Passion (The Key!): A genuine passion for technology's role in social impact and rural development is a significant plus.
Education: B.Tech or equivalent.
